Pompeia Bracelet Lina Bo Bardi

The Pompeia bracelet is a sculptural jewel by Paola Vilas that pays homage to the iconic windows designed by Lina Bo Bardi at SESC Pompéia in Sao Paulo. This piece translates Lina’s free, expressive gesture into form and volume, reflecting her vision of windows not merely as openings, but as living frames between interior and exterior spaces.

Inspired by the irregular, organic cutouts that break the industrial rigidity of the building’s former factory structure, the bracelet reinterprets this architectural language as adornment. Its fluid curves evoke freehand drawing  a signature of Lina’s intuitive and sensitive design process and embrace the wrist like small sculptures in motion.

This jewel is part of an official collaboration with the Instituto Bardi.

Materials: 925 sterling silver or 925 silver with 18k gold plating, and faceted red agate.
