Artist and designer Paola Vilas a Forbes Under 30 honoree known for transforming artistic narratives into jewelry unveils her latest creation: a collection entirely inspired by the universe of Lina Bo Bardi, the result of a collaboration with the Instituto Bardi.
The first designer ever invited by the Institute to translate the architect’s complete body of work into jewelry, Paola describes the project as “an enormous responsibility and, at the same time, an immeasurable honor.” The challenge was to immerse herself in Lina’s multifaceted legacy spanning furniture design and iconic projects such as MASP, SESC Pompeia, and the Glass House and reinterpret it as wearable sculptures.
